Refunds Policy

Due to the diverse range of services we offer it would be impossible to provide general terms and conditions relating to refunds and cancellations. However, the specific terms and conditions relating to cancellations or refunds (if applicable) are contained as part of your product or service terms, to which you agreed to abide at payment time and/or when your contract was signed.
Annual Moorings (Fixed term contract)
See the terms and conditions enclosed in your signed copy of the Docusign contract regarding refunds / cancellation.
Payments for site services using prepayment cards (electricity and water)
If you choose to leave us, please return your payment card no later than 10 days after your contract termination date. In this case, any unexpired credit remaining on the card will be refunded to you within 30 days by the method you used to pay.
Visitor Moorings (provided by the Ranger Service)
Please see terms and conditions available on ranger.staygb.com regarding this service. All payments for the Ranger service are taken by Stripe.
